It’s been a long time since our last update. We have been busy looking at new flavours, packaging and brand imaging. We ought to get out website out of the oven before it’s over baked.

Today whilst baking the urge to photograph the cooling, nude cupcakes was irresistible. We hope you enjoy these two simple photos of our undressed cupcakes.

Surprise!

Though we haven’t been at the Old Bus Depot Markets lately we have however been creating new flavours which will be on sale at our next Market day.

We have two new, amazing, spectacular, wonderful flavours. If anyone knows about Lucky Charms cereal, you guessed it, we made it into a cupcake. And anyone who knows Sammy well enough knows that this was inevitable. Vanilla cake with sprinkles inside and marshmallow buttercream with Lucky Charm marshmallows on top. Drool.

The other new flavour and totally different style – Oreo cheesecake. Need us to repeat that? Oreo cheesecake. With a whole Oreo cookie as the base and more Oreos crushed into the cheese part, this is heaven. Even we can’t get enough of them. Lucky we made two dozen.

Vanilla - Regular or Vegan?

Hello cupcake fans AND vegan fans!

That’s right, we now make vegan vanilla cupcakes and our icing is vegan too ;). This Sunday we will have a smaller quantity of cupcakes than usual as it’s a long weekend. We will still have our classic flavours of vanilla w. vanilla buttercream and red velvet w. mascarpone. We will have very limited numbers of strawberry w. white chocolate ganache and vegan vanilla cupcakes. If you’ve missed on red velvet or any other flavours at previous markets you can pre-order and pay on pickup for your cupcakes.

Never Enough Red Velvet

Another successful market, however it seems no matter how many red velvet mascarpone cupcakes we make we forever sell out very quickly. Our new flavours vanilla caramel ganache and chocolate with Nutella® also sold out! We love to mix up our flavours for the Old Bus Depot Markets so in between our market stall appearances we work on new flavours that we believe the Canberra region will enjoy.

On a side note
Quite often we are asked about customized cupcakes for various parties (birthdays, engagement, christenings, and everything else). We of course do this. We also would like to announce that you can order cupcakes whenever for whatever reason and we deliver (for a small charge) within Canberra and surrounds.

Happy Thursday everyone. Only a few days till our next appearance at the Old Bus Depot Markets, Sunday 26 June!

We sold out of cupcakes at our first markets a fortnight ago so make sure you come early to get your fix. There will be two new flavours this weekend – vanilla with caramel ganache and chocolate ganache with Nutella® buttercream. Of course we will still have our classic vanilla cupcakes with a range of icing styles and the popular red velvet with mascarpone cupcakes. Every weekend we attend the Old Bus Depot Markets there will be different flavours so let us know what your favourites are and if there is a flavour you would love to see!
